How to Grill Chicken Wings

Text Coming Soon

This preparation works especially well sticky sauces and thick hot sauces.

Important Note – DO NOT coat the wings with a sugar-based sauce BEFORE you put them on the grill or in the first few minutes of cooking. This is a bad mistake so many weekend grillers make. You will burn the sugar and give the chicken that bad, “scorched sugar” taste we all know so well from family reunions. BBQ sauces and other sugar-based sauces should be applied in the last few minutes of grilling or, better yet, toss the wings in the sauce after they are done cooking.
