Ingredients
- 2 pounds, about 16 pieces, Chicken Wings
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Cooking Wine
- Sea Salt
- Freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese Seven Spice)
- Lemon Wedges
