  • 2 pounds, about 16 pieces, Chicken Wings
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Cooking Wine
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese Seven Spice)
  • Lemon Wedges
